Power 90, Day 2

Also known as, "If I blog about it where no one reads, does that mean I will make myself stick with it?"

I am on Day 2 of Power 90. Yesterday was Day 1, I did cardio ("Sweat") and it was great. Today was strength ("Sculpt"). I finished about 3 hours ago and I can already feel my muscles getting sore. Uh oh. Tomorrow will be painful, I suspect.

So far? I've been taking it very easy, using only very light weights. I like it. I am sure I will get sick of it, but its quick, it doesn't repeat the annoying crap too much (except pushups, I hate push ups). The only thing worse than a push up is a pull-up. No pull-ups included, so at least there is that!
